Timeframe and Context

The project was carried out in 2019 as part of my dual studies at OFYZ GmbH / aumentoo GmbH.

The goal was to increase employee productivity by creating an internal iOS app to display server statuses.

I took sole responsibility for the project and was in charge of the architecture, development, and implementation of the app.

Implementation and Tech Stack

The implementation included setting up the app architecture, programming an API client to query server statuses, and developing the user interface to display this information. In addition, push notifications were integrated to inform employees about critical statuses in a timely manner.

The tech stack consisted of Swift for the iOS app.

Challenges and Results

As this was my first independent project, I had to familiarize myself thoroughly with app architecture and iOS development.

In the end, I was able to deliver a functional app that is used internally by employees.
